Awesome service, good price. My fligh was in advance, so I thought ill have to wait... but no, he was there with the car. Same thing when i bring the car at airport, 15 minutes ahead our appointment time, he was there too, i didn't have to wait. Process was fast and simple.

Best rental car company I’ve ever used in Punta Cana. They made everything simple from the very start. Met me at the airport with the vehicle. When I needed to change my reservation they did so without complications. Deposit and insurance options were fair compared to other companies also rated 5 stars. I wouldn’t use anyone else for a rental car as long as they’re available.
I would definitely recommend this rental place. With so many scary tourists horrible stories go here. I’m from Houston. They drop off to you and pick up from you. They stayed in contact before drop and before pick up. While I documented any prior damages to the car, the guy talked me through them. Saying yes this scratch was there etc.

I had a very pleasant experience with these people! I spent a few hours struggling to get a vehicle for 2 days and just in 2 hours they got me a sedan in very good condition, tank full, comfortable and ready to ride with no major issues 🙌 bear in mind that besides the rent they require a deposit that will be refunded if you return the vehicle in time and no damage.

La comunicación siempre fue muy fluida, el estado del vehículo era muy bueno. Me lo entregaron en el aeropuerto Las Américas y fueron hasta el Hotel en Bayahibe a recogerlo. Sin duda los volveré a contactar cuando vuelva a RD.
