Empresa excelente, encontrei eles pelo site e fiz todo o contato por whatsapp. Tudo foi explicado e combinado com antecedência. Me entregaram o carro no aeroporto, mesmo local da devolução. Carro limpo e em bom estado, um Mustang branco. Depois troquei por um menor por minha escolha e me devolveram a diferença, sem eu questionar, ou seja , por pura honestidade da parte dar empresa. Só tive um pouco de dificuldade no pagamento pq dois cartões de crédito meus não passaram devido ao valor alto da locação acredito, e os bancos brasileiros pedem muitas confirmações, atenção para este item aos que forem fazer novas locações . Assim que eu devolvi o carro me chegou uma mensagem que a garantia do valor de seguro já seria devolvida a minha conta.
Portando recomendo muito a empresa, tudo perfeito e honestos. Obrigado pelo atendimento. Quando eu retornar vou alugar novamente.

We rented a car from this company for one and a half weeks, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The deposit was returned a couple of days after we returned the car. Also, the deposit amount was very low, which was actually quite difficult to find in Punta Cana. Reliable people and great service-we definitely recommend them!

I used Whats App to make my reservation, and we had constant, consistent communication throughout our visit--photos to show locations and maps were provided. The hand offs for pick up and drop off at the airport were extremely easy and well organized. I would never do a rental within the airport after this experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove well. We also had an error with payment where we paid twice, and they were very prompt in refunding. Highly recommend this company.

Pas de problème particulier à l heure à l aéroport je conseil les voitures son propre par contre prévoir que la caution est encaissé et rendu plus tard ce qui n est pas habituel .il faut donc la prévoir en liquide ou payer par carte mais attention à vos autorisations

Très bonne expérience de location de voiture. Réactifs et communication aisée via whatsapp. La voiture a été amenée devant l'hôtel où nous étions logés. Les formalités administratives étaient rapides et efficaces.
Nous avons crevé le pneu avant droit juste avant de rendre le véhicule et les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant afin que nous ayons le moins de frais possible. Au final seulement 45 $ ont été déduis de l'acompte versé.

Das Fahrzeug war in einem „OK“ Zustand. Wurde aber von beiden Seiten fotografiert und dokumentiert. Die Kaution haben wir vor Ort per PayPal getätigt. Bis heute (nach 7 Tagen) jedoch noch keine Kaution zurückerhalten. Jedoch denke ich lässt sich das zügig Klären mit den Damen/Herren vor Ort/Whatsapp. Das Fahrzeug wurde mit OK und ohne Unterschrift wieder zurückgegeben und abgeholt. Wir befanden uns im Riu Bambu (Hotelkette mit Abgegrenzten Zugriff auf das Gelände, weswegen das Fahrzeug vor dem Haupteingang abgegeben wurde. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp hat super geklappt. Fahrzeug wurde mit Vollem Tank geliefert und von uns auch wieder in dem Zustand abgegeben. Danke liebes Team!
