The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The pickup and return process was quick and easy dispite Christmas seasons, and the staff, specially David was friendly and professional. Everything was exactly as described, with no hidden fees, deposit return 100%. I would definitely rent from them again and I recommend this company !

Excelente atención y el vehículo en óptimas condiciones, sumado a que hicimos el alquiler sin necesidad de una tarjeta de crédito y respondieron 100% con lo pactado. Si bien yo no tuve ningún accidente, aconsejo hacer el seguro total ya que el tránsito en Rep. Dominicana es caótico.

Alquile por 4 dias, con el deposito mas caro (650$) el cual hace el alquiler mas barato (144$).
Me lo llevaron al hotel y lo fueron a buscar al aeropuerto, todo excelnte.
Hoy me llego la devolución del reintegro (4 días después)

We rented a yellow convertible Chevrolet Camaro, but when the car was delivered we discovered that the roof wasn’t working. We tried to fix it on the spot, but no luck. Thankfully, the team arranged a substitute — a convertible Ford Mustang — so everything worked out in the end.

If having a fully functioning roof is important to you, I’d recommend double-checking this in advance to avoid spending extra time sorting out an alternative.

Apart from that, everything went smoothly. Delivery to the hotel was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a positive experience.

Zdecydowanie polecam. Całość dogadana dzień przed na WhatsApp, dostawa i odbiór bezpośrednio z hotelu. Jedyny minus to problem z płatnością depozytu przez stronę firmy, który rozwiązałem płacąc gotówką - na szczęście pod ręką był bankomat. Co do auta (Chevrolet) wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Warto przy odbiorze zrobić zdjęcia wszystkich uszkodzeń jeśli występują.

Awesome service , Waited for us in the hotel and the airport, accommodated for my flight delay and gave us extra couple hours so we can get lunch . Strongly recommend!

Excelente servicio!! Nos trajeron el auto a la puerta del Hotel y lo devolvimos ahi mismo.
Además fue el mejor precio!!! Pusimos un depósito y tal como nos avisaron, en 4 dias lo recibimos de vuelta. Los súper recomiendo.

Gente seria! Alquilamos coche con ellos y la comunicación fue muy fluida, atentos y profesionales. Te piden fianza y te devuelven en plazos acordados . También nos dieron la opción de entrega y recogida en el hotel (servicio muy cómodo).Gracias

Chtěl jsme si v Punta Cana pujčit auto. Narazil jsem na tuto společnost a byl jsem mile překvapen. Jako jedna z mála pujčoven v této zemi nevyžaduje kreditní kartu. Pěkné a čisté auto mi předali přímo před hotelem, kde jsme byli ubytovaní a pote si ho tam i vyzvedli. Platí se vratná záloha, která je pár dnů od ukončení pronájmu vrácena zpět na účet. Komunikace probíhala přes whats’. Všechno bylo perfektní. Vřele oporučuji 👌

Great communication and reliable vehicle. The staff were on time with their pick up and drop off times. They were very accommodating and gave the best prices compared to other rental companies. Highly recommend and will go back to them on my next trip.

It was very easy to book the car. A lot of options. The pricing is transparent. They dropped it off and the handover was simple and quick. They picked it up and refunded the deposit 3 days later. Definitely booking with them again. They also have ATVs and motorbikes.

I have rented a lot of cars in my life but his was THE BEST rent a car ever experience so far! They came with the car to the airport. I pay deposit with the cash, no credit card needed. They was so supportive and communication over WA was great. Kindly recommend

Los encontré por estar cerca de playa Bavaro, la atención por W-app fue rápida, cumplieron con todo. Entrega del vehículo en el hotel , recibieron en aeropuerto. El vehículo estaba en buenas condiciones. Precio igual a las rentadoras tradicionales pero te entregan en hotel. Buena opción. Devolvieron el depósito según lo convenido.
