This is the second time we’ve rented a car in the DR. Auto Dominicana was by far the easiest to communicate with. They had easy to understand insurance packages. We rented a Jeep Cherokee and it was clean and reliable. Pick up and drop off was easy to do at the airport.
Rental process was very smooth. Paid in cash and the driver had card machine for deposit, and when the car returned i got an email almost immediately about my deposit being released back. I Contacted them through what's app the day before to book. The car was delivered and picked up from my resort which made the process even better! Definitely recommend!
One of the best decisions I made during my trip to Punta Cana was renting a car from Autodominicana.
After spending days inside a large resort, I decided to rent a Mustang convertible and explore the island on my own. It completely changed my vacation. I got to see local towns, beaches, countryside, and everyday life far beyond the resort gates. It ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of the entire trip.

I would definitely recommend this rental place. With so many scary tourists horrible stories go here. I’m from Houston. They drop off to you and pick up from you. They stayed in contact before drop and before pick up. While I documented any prior damages to the car, the guy talked me through them. Saying yes this scratch was there etc.
We rent KIA Picanto for 1 day to go to Santo Domingo. The car was quite new. The service from Autodominicana was great. They always answer very fast your message and they are very punctual. No problem with returning the car (it took just 5 minutes). Highly recommended!

Heel fijn verhuurbedrijf! Goede communicatie, houden zich mooi aan de afspraken, auto werd bij het hotel afgeleverd en opgehaald, en tevens werd de auto in showroomstaat afgeleverd. Alleen maar lof! Wij kozen overigens voor een 4x4 welke zeer aan te raden is op de Dominicaanse wegen!

Indudablemente ha sido una experiencia muy gratificante. Republica Dominicana es mucho mas que Punta Cana y Autodominicana RENT, nos ha permitido conocer una pequeña porcion de este gran pais. Lo mejor de todo ha sido el servicio de Artiom y su equipo, desde meses atras cuando armamos nuestro itinerario. Disfrutamos de un vehiculo acorde a nuestras necesidades, que nos llevó de costa a costa, disfrutando cada momento. El vehiculo en perfectas condiciones. Renting a car for 15 days has been a good experience. I was late at the airport pickup, but they waited for me. We got a nail in the tire, but received good advice on where to go for repair. The car ran on LPG (propane), which made finding a place to refuel a bit more challenging. Communication with the rental company was handled through WhatsApp, so having mobile data for support is essential. We felt the price we paid was reasonable for the vehicle provided.

En general, estoy satisfecho con la empresa y el servicio que me han ofrecido. Opté por el scooter porque sentí que sería más económico y un poco más agradable mientras navegaba por Punta Cana. Me impresionó el servicio de entrega directamente al aeropuerto y el servicio de entrega en el aeropuerto. Esto también incluye el pago que se realizó in situ. No podría haber sido más conveniente.
Sin embargo, mi calificación es de 4 sobre cinco estrellas porque el sistema de faros del scooter no funcionaba. Esto significaba que no podía montar en la oscuridad. Aparte de eso, todo lo demás era impecable.
