Renting a Mercedes in the Dominican Republic

A Mercedes is the car people pick when the trip itself matters. Fuel works on a fair same-to-same basis: you get the car with a certain level in the tank and return it with the same level, no prepaid fuel and no inflated refill charges. Basic insurance is included with a 5% deductible. Rental periods are flexible, from a couple of days around a wedding or a business meeting to several weeks for a longer stay, and the longer you keep the car, the lower the daily rate. If you need more, add a portable Wi-Fi modem for maps and calls on the road, professional child car seats for the kids, or a personal driver so you can enjoy the back seat. We deliver the car to the terminals of Punta Cana (PUJ), Santo Domingo (SDQ) or La Romana (LRM) airport, or straight to your hotel or villa, and collect it the same way.

How to rent a Mercedes

Booking takes a few minutes and you do not have to visit an office. Here is how it usually goes:

• Choose the model and the dates. Tell us where you land or where you are staying, and we confirm availability and the final price, with no surprises added later.
• Send a photo of your passport and driver's license. We prepare the contract in advance so there is nothing to fill in on the spot.
• Meet the car. An Autodominicana manager brings the Mercedes to the airport terminal or your hotel, walks you around it, notes the fuel level and hands over the keys.
• Drive, then return it the same way. At the end of the rental we pick the car up at the airport or at your address, check it together and close the contract.
