Just got back from my trip to Punta Cana and I have to give a 5⭐️ review to the car service we used! From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and stress-free. The driver was on time, professional, and super friendly. The car was clean, comfortable, and had great AC (which is a MUST in that heat 😅).

They made getting around so easy, whether it was airport pickup or heading out to different spots. No waiting, no confusion—just reliable service the whole time. Honestly made the trip even better knowing transportation was handled perfectly.

If you’re traveling to Punta Cana, I highly recommend booking a private car service instead of stressing about taxis. 10/10 experience 🚗✨

The pickup and return process was quick and easy dispite Christmas seasons, and the staff, specially David was friendly and professional. Alquilamos el coche desde España y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier duda en el proceso de reserva. Cuando llegó el día nos llevaron el coche al hotel, siendo puntuales y con buena presencia. El coche estaba impecable. La entrega también fue estupenda, pudiendo entregarlo en el aeropuerto. La fianza se devolvió sin problemas. Estamos muy contentos y volveremos a reservar con ellos.

Fiquei satisfeito com o serviço prestado. Me entregaram um carro ok, conforme combinado, pronto para uso. O processo foi simples e sem complicações. Alugaria novamente com a empresa sem dúvidas.

2 jours Punta Cana - Santo Domingo avec moins d un plein, car notre grosse berline Hyundai au GPL était tres sobre. Parfaire agence autodominicana très fiable.

Empresa excelente, encontrei eles pelo site e fiz todo o contato por whatsapp. Tudo foi explicado e combinado com antecedência. Me entregaram o carro no aeroporto, mesmo local da devolução. Carro limpo e em bom estado, um Mustang branco. Depois troquei por um menor por minha escolha e me devolveram a diferença, sem eu questionar, ou seja , por pura honestidade da parte dar empresa. Só tive um pouco de dificuldade no pagamento pq dois cartões de crédito meus não passaram devido ao valor alto da locação acredito, e os bancos brasileiros pedem muitas confirmações, atenção para este item aos que forem fazer novas locações . Assim que eu devolvi o carro me chegou uma mensagem que a garantia do valor de seguro já seria devolvida a minha conta.
Portando recomendo muito a empresa, tudo perfeito e honestos. Obrigado pelo atendimento. Quando eu retornar vou alugar novamente.
Obs. E muito fácil dirigir na República Dominicana.

Reliable car rental company, no unpleasant surprises

I had a well-equipped 2023 Chevy Groove for two months. Communication and processing were always transparent and fair, and the full deposit was back in my account the day after I returned the vehicle.

Easily arranged through the website. Contact them made through WhatsApp quickly. Dropped off at the hotel on time and collected 2 days later. Great and easy service. Car was ideal for the 2 days.

We rented a car from this company for one and a half weeks, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The deposit was returned a couple of days after we returned the car. Also, the deposit amount was very low, which was actually quite difficult to find in Punta Cana. Reliable people and great service-we definitely recommend them!

We rent KIA Picanto for 1 day to go to Santo Domingo. The car was quite new. The service from Autodominicana was great. They always answer very fast your message and they are very punctual. No problem with returning the car (it took just 5 minutes). Highly recommended!

Use this company if you want to avoid hidden fees, long wait times, or difficult communication. I used Whats App to make my reservation, and we had constant, consistent communication throughout our visit--photos to show locations and maps were provided. The hand offs for pick up and drop off at the airport were extremely easy and well organized. I would never do a rental within the airport after this experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove well. We also had an error with payment where we paid twice, and they were very prompt in refunding. Highly recommend this company.

Excelente servicio. Totalmente confiable. Reservé por WhatsApp de un día para otro y me trajeron el coche a la puerta del hotel y lo devolví ahí mismo. Super puntuales y súper serios. Piden un depósito que me devolvieron sin ningún problema. Si vendría bien que renueven un poco los coches pero aún así funcionaba todo perfectamente. Repetiremos.

Pas de problème particulier à l heure à l aéroport je conseil les voitures son propre par contre prévoir que la caution est encaissé et rendu plus tard ce qui n est pas habituel .il faut donc la prévoir en liquide ou payer par carte mais attention à vos autorisations
