Typically, the rental price includes basic liability insurance and theft insurance with a deductible. A deductible is the amount with which the insurance begins to cover the damage caused to the car that you rented. The deductible depends on the class of the vehicle.

We offer additional services such as collision damage waiver, child seats, GPS navigation, WiFi modem for internet access, and the option to add an additional driver.

We provide unlimited mileage, meaning you can travel without distance restrictions. The rental rates depend on the chosen car model and duration of the rental.

Where is a pick up and drop off place?
We have some options for you! You can come to our office or use one of the services we provide: shuttle or car delivery. Shuttle service: it is a transfer to/from our office for receive/return the car. Car delivery: receipt and return the car at your convenience place
How can I get my security deposit?
The deposit is refunded once the car has been returned and checked. We make a refund of the deposit the same way you’ve paid it. Where is my refund? We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money depends on payment method. Credit card/Debit card/PayPal payment: When you pay with your credit card/debit card/PayPal, it usually takes up to 5 business days. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company/bank/PayPal rules. If we can’t apply the refund to your debit card, we’ll add it to your balance with PayPal.
