It was a great experience to hire our car here. The communication in English was good, they were on time on appointments, and when the engine light in the dashboard turned orange and we were on the other side of the country, they fixed a mechanic that came by our hotel there. One advice when renting a car in Dominican Republic: pick a high car - the speed bumbs are ridiculously high and there are holes in the roads too.

El servicio contratado fue excelente, todo muy puntual y fácil para recoger y entregar el vehículo. El personal siempre formal y con respuestas rápidas. Muy recomendado.
Excelente atención. Max es preocupado por entregar un buen servicio, es muy profesional e inspira confianza.
Tiene como principal ventaja el ir a dejar y buscar el auto al hotel, además de contar con opción de wifi en el auto (ambos de pago) El wifi es muy util para usar mapas y mantenerse conectado, si bien la carga del equipo tuvo problemas mínimos que no afectaron la experiencia
Recomiendo eso si optar por opciones de automóviles más altas (tipo SUV o todo terreno) ya que algunos caminos de República Dominicana los requieren.

Nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto a la hora acordada en el vehículo de alquiler luego hicimos el trámite y pago del vehículo al regreso nos llevaron al aeropuerto nuevamente.
Max muy amable y atento también nos comunicábamos por watsapp siempre respondían rápidamente.
Ningún problema con el vehículo en excelente estado.
Volvería a alquilar con ellos.

Very easy rental company! Car was a great deal and they were very cooperative in where and when to pick up and drop off. They even drove us back to our hotel after drop off! And, they processed the refund of our deposit on the spot. Very accommodating to the customer, which is refreshing for a car rental agency. Car worked well and was in good condition compared to DR norms. The only challenge was that the vehicle was powered by LP Gas so the filling stations were not as readily available. However, it was fine once we knew what stations to look for. Would definitely rent here again!

Easy pick-up at the hotel, then the owner drove to the office, where I filled out the necessary forms and took over the car with a full tank of fuel.

Great car rental service. Was adorable and eat too organise. The car was very clean and came with wifi for a small extra. They even did drop off and pick-up for a small fee.
Had an amazing time due to Autodominicana, great service and support, they picked me up at the Hotel and left me there after the car was returned.
